Chasing up a failure by the housing benefit office to respond to a request to pay housing benefits directly to you

A letter to housing benefits for when they haven't responded to your request to pay your tenant's housing benefit directly to you.

The letter asks for a response within ten days, and warns the council you may make a formal complaint in the absence of a satisfactory response.
