Ending the full section 75 homeless duty – because the applicant is unreasonably failing to cooperate
A letter for ending the section 75 homelessness duty because you are satisfied that the applicant is unreasonably failing to cooperate with the council in connection with the exercise of its functions under Part 2 Chapter 2 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
This is a ground for discharging the duty under section 79(5) of the 2014 Act.
