Ending the section 66 homelessness prevention duty - because the applicant is unreasonably failing to co-operate with the council

A letter for notifying a homeless applicant that the s.66 prevention duty has ended because they have unreasonably failed to co-operate with the council in connection with the exercise of the council's homelessness functions.

This is a ground for ending the duty under section 79(5) of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
