Notes

This letter can either be used on its own as a stand-alone document, or it can be given to the applicant with one of each of the following two document types:

1) Covering letter

2) Homelessness assessments

Generic template (without inserts)

Generic template (with extra inserts)

Ineligible for help

Not homeless or threatened with homelessness

Threatened with homelessness

Homeless, but no reason to believe applicant may have a priority need

Homeless, and reason to believe applicant may have a priority need

Homeless, and local connection referral conditions met
