Minded to end the section 93 protection of belongings duty because the homeless applicant has failed to make payments

This 'minded to' letter enables you to give a homeless applicant advance warning that you're considering ending the duty to protect their belongings under section 93 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.

Use this letter when you're considering ending the duty because the applicant has failed to make those payments you previously notified them were required as a condition of you taking action under section 93.

The letter warns the applicant of the consequences of not making arrangements to collect or take back delivery of their belongings, and sets out their options.  The letter can be used in conjunction with the Protection of Belongings Agreement.
