Use this letter to ask a private landlord in writing to contact housing options.

This letter is a generic 'please contact us' letter for use when:

• the tenant has requested housing advice or applied as homeless, but
• you've been unable so far to contact the landlord (e.g. because you only have the landlord's postal address).
