Requesting direct landlord payment of housing benefit
A letter asking the housing benefit office to send your tenant's housing benefit directly to you.
Use this version if the tenant doesn't have rent arrears, or if they have rent arrears that are less than 8 weeks' rent (another version is available for where the tenant rent arrears of over 8 weeks' rent).
