Notifying a homeless applicant that, upon reviewing their assessment, the council has decided the 'full' ongoing duty to secure accommodation is owed, under section 75 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.

Use this version when:

• The applicant is not already occupying temporary accommodation, e.g. because they were excluded from interim accommodation the council arranged to meet the s.68 duty, and
• The case is not one where you're accepting the full duty to an intentionally homeless applicant under s.75(3) because they are a 'young person household'.

NB: This letter should be accompanied by a letter offering accommodation to perform the s.75 housing duty.
