A letter for confirming to a homeless applicant that the main s75 duty has ended because:

• the applicant has accepted an offer of suitable accommodation under Part 6 of the Housing Act 1996, i.e. an offer of social housing, following an allocation on the housing register.

This is a ground for ending the section 75 accommodation duty (under section 76(2)(a) of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014).
