A letter for notifying a homeless applicant that the 'full' section 75 duty has ended because:

• they refused an offer interim accommodation made to meet the s.75 duty,
• before refusing the offer they were given a notice in writing warning of the possible consequence of accepting or refusing the offer.

The full s.75 duty can be ended for this reason under section 76(3) of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
