Ending relief duty and interim accommodation duty because applicant no longer eligible for assistance
A letter for notifying a homeless applicant that:
- the s.189B relief duty has ended because they are no longer eligible for assistance (under section 189B(7)(e) of the Housing Act 1996), and
- the s.188 interim accommodation duty has ended (under section 188(1ZB) of the 1996 Act).
