Ending relief duty because applicant intentionally homeless from relief duty accommodation / no priority need

A letter for notifying a homeless applicant that the s.189B relief duty has ended because they have become intentionally homeless from accommodation that was made available as a result of the authority exercising its functions under s.189B(2).

This particular letter is for when:

  • the applicant is not occupying s.188 interim accommodation, and
  • you have decided the applicant does not have a priority need,

and therefore

  • no further homelessness duty is owed.
