Ending the section 66 homelessness prevention duty - because the applicant is no longer eligible
A letter for notifying a homeless applicant that the s.66 prevention duty has ended because they are no longer eligible for assistance (on immigration and nationality grounds).
This is a ground for ending the duty under section 79(2) of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
