Ending the section 66 prevention duty / accepting the section 73 homeless relief duty and section 68 interim temporary accommodation duty (applicant not already in TA)
Use this letter when, as a result of reviewing a homeless applicant's assessment:
- Ending the s.66 prevention duty
- Accepting the s.73 homelessness duty
- Accepting the s.68 interim temporary accommodation duty (where the applicant is not already occupying temporary accommodation).
