Ending the section 73 homeless relief duty and the section 68 interim accommodation duty – because the applicant is unreasonably failing to cooperate

A letter for ending the homelessness relief duty and the interim accommodation duty where:

  • the local housing authority is satisfied that the applicant is unreasonably failing to co-operate with the authority in connection with the exercise of its functions under this Chapter as they apply to the applicant.

This is a ground for ending the duties (providing the applicant is properly notified) under section 79(5) of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
