A letter to notify a homeless applicant that the section 73 homelessness relief duty has ended because:
56 days have passed since the applicant was notified they were owed the duty to help them find housing,
where:
it's also been decided that the applicant does not have a priority need, and
the applicant is occupying interim s.68 interim accommodation (which is also ending).
