Ending the section 73 homeless relief duty and the section 68 interim accommodation duty - because suitable accommodation likely to be available for 6 months

A letter for ending the homelessness relief duty and the interim accommodation duty where:

the applicant has suitable accommodation available, and
the accommodation is likely to be available for at least six months.

This is a ground for ending the duties (providing the applicant is properly notified) under section 74(4) of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
