Ending the section 73 homeless relief duty - because the applicant is no longer eligible for help

A letter for notifying a homeless applicant the s.73 relief duty has ended because they are no longer eligible for help (on immigration and nationality grounds).

The duty may be ended for this reason under section 79(2) of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
