Ending the section 73 homeless relief duty – because the applicant is unreasonably failing to cooperate

A letter notifying a homeless applicant that the s73 relief duty has ended because they have unreasonably failed to cooperate with the council in connection with the exercise of the council's homelessness functions.

The relief duty can be brought to an end for this reason under section 79(5) of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
