Ending the section 73 homeless relief duty - because the duty was accepted in error because of a mistake of fact

A letter for ending the s73 relief duty when you're satisfied that a mistake of fact led to the applicant being notified under section 63 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 that the relief duty was owed.

The relief duty can be ended for this reason under section 79(3) of the 2014 Act.
