Use this letter to notify a homeless applicant where:

• you have decided the duty to arrange interim temporary accommodation (under section 68 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014) has ended
• the s.68 duty is ending because the applicant has voluntarily ceased to occupy the interim accommodation as their only or main home, and
• the section 73 duty (to help the applicant find housing because he or she is homeless) continues.
