Ending the section 73 homeless relief duty and the section 68 interim accommodation duty - because reasonable steps taken within 56 days, the applicant has a priority need, but they are intentionally homeless
A letter for notifying a homeless applicant that the homelessness relief duty has ended because:
- reasonable steps to help the applicant find accommodation have been taken
- the steps have been taken within 56 days,
where:
- the applicant has a priority need, but
- the applicant became homeless intentionally, and
- the applicant is occupying interim accommodation (which is also ending).
