A letter for making a final Part 6 offer to a homeless applicant who is owed the 'relief' duty (under section 189B of the Housing Act 1996) following an allocation of housing from the council's housing register.

The letter includes the information that must be provided before a refusal, in order for the relief duty to end under section 193A.
