A guide to homelessness duties owed by local authorities to homeless applicants in Wales under Part 2 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.

There's a chapter for each duty, that sets out:

• the qualifying criteria (when the duty is owed)
• what the duty obliges the local authority to do, and
• the discharge criteria (when the duty can lawfully ended).
