This document shows how Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 was amended by the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023.
The change to section 191 (insertion of a new subsection (1A)) came into force on 29 August 2023, by virtue of section 14 of the 2023 Act.
