This document shows how Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 was amended by the Domestic Abuse Act 2021.

The changes came into force on 5 July 2021, by virtue of section 78 of the 2021 Act, and regulation 2(2) of The Domestic Abuse Act 2021 (Commencement No. 1 and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2021.

The guide shows the text omitted and inserted, for ease of reference.
