Use this form to notify a homeless applicant of the outcome of the initial section 62 assessment, where you have decided the applicant is homeless, but you have no reason to believe that the applicant may have a priority need.
The form prompts you to confirm all matters that councils are required to notify applicants of, under section 63 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
The form is designed to be used together with a covering letter and housing plan (see 'Related documents' below).
