Use this form to notify a homeless applicant of a decision that s/he is ineligible for help, because of their immigration or nationality status.

Alternative version

This version should be used when you have decided the applicant is ineligible before considering those matters listed at s.62(5) and (6) (i.e. you haven't exercised the power to conduct a full assessment).

However, if you've exercised the power to conduct a full section 62 assessment before determining eligibility, you should use the following document instead:

Homelessness assessment: Ineligible for help (full section 62 assessment carried out).
