Use this form to confirm in writing the steps a homeless applicant must take to resolve their housing problem.

The form includes:

• a section for you to confirm what action the Council has already taken to help the applicant;
• a section for you to confirm what action the Council has agreed to take (in future); and
• example paragraphs that can be used or adapted, which deal with common issues, e.g. providing documents, engaging with third party agencies, prioritising rent and priority debts, submitting benefit claims etc.
