A letter from a housing options teams to a mortgage borrower, offering advice and help, after being notified by a mortgage lender of a forthcoming possession hearing.

Note: Under Rule 55.10 of the Civil Procedure Rules mortgage lenders must notify the local housing authority of mortgage possession proceedings. The notification must be sent within five days of them receiving notification from the court of the date of the hearing.
