Minded to decide applicant has withdrawn homeless application because no contact

A 'minded to' letter for warning a homeless applicant that you're considering ending the prevention or relief duty (under section 195 or 189B of the Housing Act 1996) where you've lost contact with the applicant, and attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful.

The letter gives the applicant a date by which they should make contact (failing which the application will be closed) and explains the consequences if the prevention or relief duty is discharged.
