'Minded to' letter notifying a homeless applicant who has requested a section 85 review, of deficiencies in the original decision and offering oral submissions

Use this letter to notify a homeless applicant seeking a review of a homeless decision of a conclusion that there was a deficiency or irregularity in the original decision, or in the way it was made.

The letter enables you to comply with the requirements of Regulation 5 of The Homelessness (Review Procedure) (Wales) Regulations 1999.
