A letter to a private landlord confirming your offer to pay a tenancy deposit, and confirming the terms on which this offer is being made.

For use when using homelessness prevention fund money to secure a private tenancy for someone who's homeless or threatened with homelessness.

The landlord is asked to forward information and documentation regarding the proposed tenancy, and invited to sign and return a contract which sets out the terms on which the deposit is payable, and the terms on which it must be repaid to the council.
