This guide reproduces the Homelessness (Priority Need for Accommodation) (England) Order 2002, as it is following amendments by the Domestic Abuse Act 2021.

The changes came into force on 5 July 2021, by virtue of section 78(8) of the 2021 Act, and regulation 2(2) of The Domestic Abuse Act 2021 (Commencement No. 1 and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2021.
