Protection of belongings - contract with homeless applicant
An agreement for a homeless person to sign when the council is taking action to protect their personal belongings, under section 211 of the Housing Act 1996.
The agreement takes advantage of the power, under s.211(4), to impose reasonable conditions, including conditions regarding the charges payable and disposal of the applicant's property.
