Quashing a homelessness decision & passing the decision back to the original decision-maker
If you're reviewing a homelessness decision under section 85 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 you may decide to quash the original decision, instead of carrying out the review.
Use this letter to notify the homeless applicant that the council has decided to quash the original decision (so it's treated as if it was never made), and to confirm that the original decision will be taken again.
