Request for copy of housing application records

A letter asking for a copy of your client's housing file records.

The letter can also be used if - in addition to applying for an allocation of housing - your client has applied for homelessness assistance and you wish to also obtain the homelessness records.

You may wish to incorporate a request for additional information under section 166 of the Housing Act 1996 and/or a request for a copy of the housing allocation scheme.
