Requesting full copy of homelessness file records from another housing authority
A letter asking another housing authority to disclose a full copy of a service user's homelessness file records.
The letter assumes that you have obtained specific authority from the service user for the data to be disclosed. However, the letter also cites a legal basis for disclosure, irrespective of whether the service user has provided common law consent.
