A letter for a council homeless team to use when:

• you've received a referral from a public authority under section 213B of the Housing Act 1996
• you've been unable to contact the prospective homeless applicant (e.g. by phoning a telephone number provided by the public authority), and
• you want to write to the prospective applicant to ask them to contact the homeless team.

The letter asks the person to contact the homeless team and provides your contact details.
