A letter for housing options to send to housing benefits, asking them pay housing benefit directly to a homeless applicant's private landlord.

For use where the claimant doesn't have 8 weeks' rent arrears, but where there are other grounds for requesting direct payments (e.g. direct payments will help the claimant retain their tenancy, it's improbable the claimant will pay their rent, or the claimant is likely to have difficulty managing their financial affairs).
