Use this letter and form to notify a homeless applicant that steps in their housing plan have changed.

Use this version when:

• a housing plan has previously been given to the applicant, and
• your assessment of the applicant's needs has not changed (under section 189A of the Housing Act 1996).

This letter and form enables you to comply with the requirement to notify the applicant where a step in their previous housing plan is no longer appropriate (HA 1996, s.189A(11)).
