A letter for notifying a homeless applicant when, on review, you're overturning a decision that the applicant was not homeless.

The letter assumes the applicant will be contacted separately to arrange an appointment, so a s.189A assessment can be carried out, and so the applicant can be advised whether interim s.188 accommodation will be secured.
