This letter provides a template for notifying a section 85 review decision to a homeless applicant.

Note: the letter provides a generic template for all types of review decision. It therefore does not, for example, include sections specifically relating to priority need, intentional homelessness, how the duties may be ended etc. You may however find and adapt such sections from the section 62 assessment templates and end of duty notification templates.
