A letter for a council homeless team to use when:

• you've received a referral from a public authority under section 213B of the Housing Act 1996
• you've been unable to contact the prospective homeless applicant, and
• you've previously written to the prospective applicant requesting contact.

The letter asks the person to contact the homeless team by a specific date, and warns them that their case will be closed if they don't contact the homeless team.

The letter also provides the contact details for the housing options team.
